How can I change the payment method in my ADA Enrollment?

A step by step guide to changing or updating the card on your auto-debit enrollment.

What if your card expired? Blocked because of fraud? Locked it and forgot to unlock it for transactions? You can easily change the credit or debit card attached. Just follow the steps below.

1. Find your Reference ID in your email

Look for your Reference ID in your associated email. It looks like TM‑PAY‑XXXX.

The Reference ID is your unique, one‑of‑a‑kind code, made for you and your unit, parking slot or lot enrollment. The email comes from support@tama-pay.com.

We have used “Tamapay Estates” as a placeholder. Yours will be different.

2. Open your developer’s payment portal

Go to portals.tama-pay.com (opens in a new tab) and look for the real estate developer of the unit you are paying for.

This varies from person to person. In this guide we use Tamapay Estates. You can use the search bar to find your developer’s payment portal quickly.

3. Add “/billing” to the URL

In our example that gives portals.tama-pay.com/tamapayestates/billing. Yours will differ depending on your developer.

Step 3: adding /billing to your developer’s portal address.

4. Enter your Reference ID and email address

Input your Reference ID (TM‑PAY‑XXXX) and the email address linked to the enrollment. The email address is case sensitive, because our system checks it against the dashboard for security.
